What is life coaching?

Life Coaching is collaborative solution-focused, results-oriented and systematic process in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of work performance, life experience, self-directed learning and personal growth of the client.

How does Life Coaching with me looks, feels and sounds like?

In my practice I follow the principle that “coaching is conversation between equals based on trust, belief, and non-judgement” (Whitmore) and that the most effective coaching allows for collaboration to assess and understand the development task, to challenge limiting beliefs and explore possibilities, and to ensure accountability and support for reaching goals and sustaining development.

As a coach I am a sounding board, an awareness raiser, a supporter to my clients. I believe in strength of client coming up with their own ideas and solutions. I enable their Time to Think (Klein). I encourage clients to practice mindfulness to help them balance their mind, calm them and “help sustain their reflective awareness in challenging” moments at work and in life. I also like to integrate meditation and mindfulness into coaching practice.
