All clients acknowledge having read the present terms & conditions and undertake to respect them.

1       Coaching Services

1.1       Coach hereby agrees to provide one to one coaching services as part of a chosen coaching package in person or video conference based coaching sessions, ongoing email support and access to client resources to the Client on the terms set out in this agreement. Additional sessions may be arranged by agreement between the parties.

1.2       The Client acknowledges that the service to be provided pursuant to clause 1.1 above is coaching, which is not advice, therapy, nor counselling and may address specific career plans, personal projects or general circumstances in the client’s life or profession.

1.3       The parties shall partake in the coaching services in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 below.

2       General Sales Terms

2.1       All purchases are final. Zencoaching does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, change of address, injury, illness, or any other reason that couldn’t be justified by a medical certificate. Please reach out to us should it happen.

2.2       Prices may increase over time. Any price variation will only apply to new sessions and packages.

2.3       If purchasing packages requires payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit or debit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

2.4       Gift certificates can be redeemed for single sessions and packages or any other products available. They are not redeemable for cash.

2.5       To register or purchase from the online booking system, and to engage in coaching sessions, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age or have a written consent of your parents. Sessions and packages must be purchased by a person over eighteen on behalf of the kid or teen.

2.6       You must ensure that the details provided by you when purchasing products or at any time are correct and complete

3       Coaching Package Structure

3.1       All coaching sessions shall be delivered by ZenCoaching Patrycja Orzeszyna – professional certified executive coach (the “Coach”), TVA BE0789.744.405, Rue du Couloir 1, 1050 Ixelles. 

3.2       Each session shall be conducted in person or via Zoom. The Client agrees to call the Coach via Zoom video conferencing using Patrycja Orzeszyna’s Zoom account dedicated link. Password for each call would be shared separately for security and privacy purposes.

3.3       The Coach and Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the Client is more than 15minutes late for a coaching session (without prior notice), the Coach will assume the session is cancelled and the Client will forfeit the session fee.

3.4       The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for session cancellation or rescheduling sessions. To reschedule or cancel a session, the Client must either use the acuity scheduling link or email letstalk@zencoaching.eu.

3.5       Payment for all sessions and/or packages must be received prior to the scheduled session to ensure your spot.

3.6       Sessions must be booked in advance.

3.7       A notification will be sent to you by email as soon as your booking has been confirmed (if you have allowed notifications from the system).

3.8       Please show up to the online sessions 5-minutes prior to the session in order to ensure you can troubleshoot any technical / connectivity issues.

4       Fees

4.1       The fee for the coaching packages are available on this website and are payable in full. If for personal circumstances you need to pay in instalments please contact me on letstalk@zencoaching.eu. Payment in full or payment of the first instalment is payable by the Client via website shop: https://zencoaching.eu/packages/ .

4.2       Upon entering into this agreement, the Client is obliged to pay the full fee whether or not the Client completes each of the sessions within the chosen package.

5       Payment procedure

5.1       Payment shall be made by the Client to ZenCoaching Patrycja Orzeszyna via this website following link:  https://zencoaching.eu/packages/  or by following the directions on the invoice provided.

5.2       All payments should be made on time. If the Client is having financial difficulties, she shall let the Coach know and a suitable payment plan will be considered. Regular late payments may result in terminating the coaching relationship.

6       Cancellation Policy

6.1       If you can’t make it to your scheduled session, please cancel your spot to make your place available to others.

6.2       Cancellations must be made via the online booking system, phone/WhatsApp +32470205928 or via email to letstalk@zncoaching.eu minimum 24 hours prior to a scheduled session.

6.3       Every possible effort is made to deliver sessions and services on time and as scheduled with clients. However, if the Coach needs to cancel the session due to illness or other unexpected circumstances they will immediately communicate it to the client and go above and beyond to replace any cancelled class in a timely fashion and as per mutual agreement with the client.

7       Results

7.1       The Coach is a Professional Executive Coach and is committed to helping the Client to achieve success in their professional and personal life. However, the Coach cannot guarantee specific results without client’s collaboration.

7.2       Coaching is a collaborative process and the Client is responsible for their professional and personal development process and must be committed to attending all coaching calls and completing assignments between sessions to achieve the best results from the coaching process.

8       Confidentiality

8.1       Throughout the working relationship the Coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The Client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The Coach shall ensure that all information provided by the Client to the Coach will be kept strictly confidential as permitted by law.

9       Data

9.1       Your personal data will be used for Coach to Client communication and for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy (https://zencoaching.eu/privacy-policy/) and will be stored in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Principles (GDPR).

10   Capacity

10.1   The Client certifies that they do not suffer from any physical or mental disability that might affect their participation in the coaching process, and, if they have any substance abuse problem or mental illness, they have consulted with their health care professional and been advised that they may participate in the coaching process without risk. The Client agrees that if there is any change in this representation, they will promptly advise the Coach.

11   Copyright

11.1   All materials shared by the Coach with the Client and/or available on Explore section of this website are copyright protected. The Client is not licensed or permitted to use any training materials, workbooks or trainings shared with the Client as part of the coaching process for their own commercial use.

12   Liability

12.1   The Client agrees that, in the event of any claim or grievance by them against the Coach, their sole remedy shall be the return of the fees paid to the Coach.

13   General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Information, Privacy & Security Policy

13.1   Information published on this website is provided for the use of its visitors.

13.2   ZenCoaching shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this website.

13.3   Your personal data remain fully confidential.

13.4  ZenCoaching will never sell your personal data to other individuals, companies or organisations.

Coach’s Commitment to the Client

The Client can expect the Coach to:

  • Be fully committed and present during each session
  • Follow up on any action points agreed during the sessions
  • Believe in the Client’s ability to achieve great things
  • Provide a safe and non-judgmental space for the Client to be honest and open about their struggles and challenges
  • Provide honest feedback that will help the Client to move towards her goal

Client’s Commitment to the Coach:

The Coach can expect the Client to:

  • Be fully present and present during each session
  • Complete any agreed action points between sessions
  • Attend sessions at the agreed times (even if the Client is not feeling motivated at that present moment)
  • Seek appropriate professional advice on issues that may arise during the coaching process

This agreement shall commence on the date that it is signed by both parties.
