  1. The controller of your personal data is ZenCoaching Patrycja Orzeszyna, based in Brussels (hereinafter referred to as ZenCoaching Patrycja Orzeszyna), Rue du Couloir 1, 1050 Bruxelles, Belgium. A person wishing to use the services offered by ZenCoaching Patrycja Orzeszyna voluntarily provides his/her personal data, with the proviso that the refusal to provide the data is linked to the inability to provide the service. The scope of personal data collected through the website shall include: name, e-mail address, telephone, information contained in the content of the message – in case of contact form – and first name, e-mail, telephone in case of booking form, as well as name, surname, company name, country of origin, street address, postal code, city, telephone, e-mail in case of purchase form. The range of personal data collected by telephone shall include: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone, company name, company registration number, country of origin, street address, postal code, city.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:
  • Article 6 1 (a), (b), (c), (f) ‘GDPR’
  • Article 9 2 (f) “GDPR”.
  1. Duration of processing of personal data:
  • the data controller may process customer data for the purposes of establishing, investigating or defending claims until they are time-barred on the basis of time limits laid down by law, i.e.: 5 years for consumer data subjects and 10 years for data subjects who are traders, and thereafter only for the time and to the extent required by the applicable law;
  • the processing of personal data on the basis of consent to processing may take place until such time as it is withdrawn, but no longer than one year from the time when the declaration to that effect is made. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal;
  • the processing of personal data for accounting and tax purposes takes place over a period of time required by EU law in this area;

— upon expiry of the periods during which Clinet’s personal data may be processed, the data controller shall delete them.

  1. The personal data of ZenCoaching Patrycja Orzeszyna’s clients are processed for the following purposes:
  • The implementation of Coaching and Business Consulting services;
  • Provide customers with any offers, services or information about any marketing campaign;
  • Keeping tax records;
  • The processing of customers’ personal data for the purpose of pursuing claims;
  • Ensure the provision of services to customers at an appropriate level, which may be linked to a request to complete a satisfaction survey;
  • Contact the client at the telephone number indicated by him or by e-mail to remind you of or follow up from the sessions.
  1. Your personal data are transferred to the following categories of recipients:
  • Providers of technical and organisational services enabling the correct use of the website, including purchase forms;
  • Accounting offices and accounting officers in order to carry out their obligations under the law.

Cookie Policy 

  1. User means the entity (client) to which services may be provided electronically in order to benefit from the ZenCoaching offer provided on the administrator’s website.
  2. The data collected are transmitted in two ways:

(a) information provided directly and voluntarily by the user, e.g. in the forms or in the case of telephone contact;

(b) information obtained during the use of the services by the Users. Servers automatically save the following User data:

  • the time when the server sends the response,
  • IP address of the User’s device,
  • request from the User (address of the User’s page)
  • the ‘referrers link’ address where the passage to the website is made via a link,
  • information about the version of the User’s web browser(s),
  • information about the user’s operating system version.
  1. Cookies files or pastry files are IT data and small text files that are recorded and then stored on devices through which the User uses the Controller’s website, including the contact, booking and purchase forms.
  2. The website administrator uses Cookies files to adapt the content of the website to the user’s current needs, and in particular to identify the User’s device and display the site in a way tailored to the User’s needs, as well as Cookies files are used for statistical and marketing purposes, through which the Controller can improve its website.
  3. For the above purposes, the Administrator uses online observation technologies that are common to the market to monitor traffic and optimise the display of marketing and promotional content. The controller collects anonymous data on the websites visited, such as:
  • number of unique entrances/views;
  • Country;
  • Browser;
  • time of the visit.

Data is collected through external suppliers’ solutions. Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tools provided by Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are currently being used.   1. The solutions used on the website shall be secure for Users’ devices using the Administrator’s website.
  2. The controller uses two types of Cookies files, namely session and permanent files. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s end equipment until they leave the website. On the other hand, the Cookies files are stored on the User’s end equipment for a certain period of time, i.e. specified in the Cookies file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  3. The user has the possibility to restrict or deactivate the

 access of Cookies files to his device, which may affect some of the functionalities available on the administrator’s website.
