This product engages clients in a coaching process of 8 sessions – one per month or one per two weeks – depending on time sensitivity of client’s coaching goals and what they would like to achieve through coaching process.
It takes place in an environment of calm, in a close connection with nature to strengthen the balance between body and mind.
It is usually proceeded by a Discovery Session in which coaching purpose and agreements are agreed on and clients goals are defined.
