This product is designed for professionals, leaders and executives. It engages clients in a coaching process of 4 sessions – one per month or one per two weeks – depending on time sensitivity of client’s goals, project, etc. It is usually proceeded by a Discovery Session in which coaching purpose and agreements are agreed on and clients goals are defined.
