This product is designed for professionals, leaders and executives. It engages clients in a coaching process of 8 sessions – one per month or one per two weeks – depending on time sensitivity of client’s goals, project and organisational development need.
It includes in person (or online) sessions and applying learning from the sessions in client’s professional environment (individual role, organisational context, work project, etc.). It is great for skills development, coaching for performance, organisational development and change processes.
It is usually proceeded by a Discovery Session in which coaching purpose and agreements are agreed on and clients goals are defined.
