This product is designed for professionals, leaders and executives. It engages clients in a coaching process of 12 sessions – one per month or one per two weeks – depending on time sensitivity of client’s goals, project and organisational development needs. It is the most optimal product for types of coaching like Professional Development Coaching, Leadership Development Coaching, Organisational Development, Organisational Change, Leadership Transition and other that require a longer term engagement.
It includes in person (or online) sessions and applying learning from the sessions in client’s professional environment (individual role, organisational context, work project, etc.). It is also great for skills development and behavioural change and development processes.
It is usually proceeded by a Discovery Session in which coaching purpose and agreements are agreed on and individual clients (organisational) goals are defined.
