About
I believe that when we reconnect with ourselves, life changes.
About Patrycja
I guide people through The Return™ — a nature-rooted transformational pathway of coming home to self, body, intuition, creativity, and the living world.
My work blends coaching, nervous system awareness, emotional processing, mindfulness, intuition, creativity, ritual, deep ecology, and nature-based wisdom.
At the heart of my practice is The Return™ — a pathway of regulating, revealing, releasing, reconnecting, and realigning. This work supports people longing to come home to themselves, reconnect with the living world, and live with greater authenticity, meaning, creativity, and conscious alignment.
Inner work for outer change.

My work supports humans through emotional healing, life transitions, self-discovery, relationship challenges, burnout, awakening, and conscious transformation.
I blend nervous system awareness, embodiment, emotional processing, mindfulness, intuition, creativity, shadow work, and nature-based wisdom into a grounded and deeply human transformational practice.
This work is rooted in the understanding that healing is not about fixing ourselves.
It is about returning to wholeness.
Awareness & Responsibility
I recognize that healing, transformation, rest, safety, and access to support do not exist equally for everyone.
Our experiences are shaped by many visible and invisible realities — including privilege, oppression, culture, identity, trauma, economic conditions, social systems, and our relationship to the living world.
My intention is to hold this work with compassion, awareness, humility, and inclusivity.
I strive to create spaces where people can arrive as they are — with dignity, complexity, humanity, and care.
I believe inner work and outer change are deeply connected.
