This product is designed for professionals, leaders and executives. It engages clients in a coaching process of 6 sessions – one per month or one per two weeks – depending on time sensitivity of client’s goals, project, etc. It is the most optimal product for types of coaching like Coaching for Performance, Leadership Coaching.
It includes in person (or online) sessions and applying learning from the sessions in client’s professional environment (individual role, organisational context, work project, etc.). It is also great for leadership development process.
It is usually proceeded by a Discovery Session in which coaching purpose and agreements are agreed on and clients goals are defined.
